David speaks out on BAe business case
David stated that the ongoing row between union leaders and BAe- centring on the defence manufacturer’s refusal to allow independent analysis of the business case it has set out for the loss of hundreds of local jobs- could end up in front of the courts if unions ‘seek to take out a protective award against BAe’.
