David appears on Sky News to talk about the Christopher Tappin case
David appeared on Sky News to talk about extradition to the US in relation to the Christopher Tappin case.
David said that the case is “not justice as I understand it”, and questioned why Mr Tappin, whose alleged crimes took place in Britain, could not be tried in this country.
He stated that ministers should make the final decision in cases such as this, not unelected judges and finished by saying that “I’m afraid this is not the way a civilised country should behave.”
