David appeared on BBC Radio Five Live to discuss the “Alternative Queen’s Speech”, drafted by a number of Conservative MPs. The programme sets out plans to cut taxes for all, deliver a fundamental renegotiation of Britain’s position in the EU and cut sky-high fuel, heating and- indeed, water costs.
