David appeared on the Peter Levy show to discuss the issue of wind turbines after more than a hundred MPs, including himself, signed a letter by Chris Heaton-Harris MP calling for a reduction in the £400m of subsidies each year which currently support their construction.

David signs letter calling for reduction in wind turbine subsidies

David was more than 100 MPs to sign a letter to the Prime Minister calling for a reduction in government subsidies for ‘inefficient and intermittent’ onshore wind turbines. The letter, organised by Chris Heaton-Harris MP, calls for government support to be transfered to more ‘reliable renewable energy production’ and ‘energy efficiency measures’.
